Ray Gatt huwa speċjalista fil-Kirurġija Ortopedika u ħadem għal ħafna snin fil-qasam mediku, speċjalment fl-Isptarijiet St Luke’s u Mater Dei. Miżżewweġ lil Kate, li ukoll hija speċjalista fid-Dijabete, u għandhom żewġt itfal u tliet neputijiet. Barra minn hekk, Dr Ray Gatt studja wkoll l-Istorja ta’ Malta. Imwieled il-Marsa, imma joqgħod iż-Żejtun – raħal li tant sar iħobb.
