Shadow Minister for Justice, Research and Innovation

Married to Jeannine and father of four children. Dr Giglio is a lawyer by profession having graduated from the University of Malta in 1993. He is also a lecturer of Criminal Law within the Faculty of Laws. He first contested the general elections in 2022 and was elected on the first count from both the 9th and 10th districts. He was appointed PN spokesperson for Justice when Dr Alex Borg took over as Leader of Partit Nazzjonalista. He is often invited to address various conferences and seminars which relate to the legal sector. He was born and lived in Sliema until he married and today, he resides in Għargħur.
