Married to Miriana, he is 32 years old and grew up in Santa Venera. He is a lawyer and a Member of Parliament elected from the 1st District, where in recent years he served as Shadow Minister for Home Affairs and Security.
Since 2022, he has been appointed Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on Public Accounts, and in 2024 he was elected to the International Board of Public Accounts Committees, which coordinates investigations into public spending across 60 countries.
He practices as a lawyer after graduating from the University of Malta in 2018. He also holds a Masters degree in Law from a United Nations university, specialising in fundamental human rights and transnational crime, completed in 2019.
He also served for nine years on the Santa Venera Local Council between 2013 and 2022.
