Over the past months, I have met many of you in your homes, in our beautiful squares, and at your workplace. I have listened to your hopes and aspirations. Above all, I understood how deeply you love our country. Like you, I am proud to be Maltese, and I believe that together we can build the Malta and Gozo you all deserve. The Malta and Gozo our children deserve.
In this electoral programme, we are explaining how a fresh start translates into a country that works, once again, for its people. Where you can enjoy greater peace of mind, where politics provides a future for our youths in their own country, where our beloved elderly live with dignity, and where workers earn better wages. A fresh start also means a fairer economy where business owners find a government that supports them rather than hinders them, timely healthcare, an education system that prepares us for the world of tomorrow, an efficient transport system so you are not always trapped in traffic, lower utility bills, and a clean environment that allows you to breathe healthier air. A fresh start also means Gozo as a region with enormous potential that offers a future to Gozitans while remaining an important part of our collective national identity.
