Lawyer Beppe Fenech Adami was born on 5 August 1968. He is married to Ann, and they have three children. He served as Deputy Leader of the Nationalist Party from 2013 to 2017 and has been a Member of Parliament since 2008.

He has contested four general elections with the PN and was elected each time. He currently serves as Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs.
