About the MP
Shadow Minister for Accommodation and Lands
Born on 10 April 1973, he was raised and lives in Birżebbuġa. He is married to Claire and they have two daughters, Marta and Tereza. He is a mechanical engineer who graduated from the University of Malta in 1995, holds an engineering warrant, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Governance.
Since 1995, he has worked at Seifert Systems Ltd., where he currently serves as an Industry 4.0 Smart Factory Manager. He began his political involvement in 2004 within the Nationalist Party, served on the Birżebbuġa Local Council (2012–2022), and in 2022 was elected to the Maltese Parliament.
He has served as spokesperson for Planning, Research, and Innovation, and as Shadow Minister for Planning and Lands. He believes in honest and transparent politics that places people’s well-being and quality of life at its core.
